No, RefresherCMS is a web-based content management system that is hosted on our servers. You are not required to install any software on your PC or server. In fact, any future RefresherCMS updates are rolled out automatically to all clients free of charge.

RefresherCMS was designed to be user-friendly to allow non-technical people to manage their own web content. Once your website goes live, we provide full training and a training manual. Full support is also available through Live Chat, telephone and email.

RefresherCMS provides full access to all website traffic statistics. Each month, you will be able to download a report that provides a full analysis of the ‘who, what, where and how’ of visitors to your website.

You can set up as many admin user accounts as you require. Having different permission levels means that website updates can be undertaken by non-technical people within the business - staff in marketing, administration support staff or by senior management.
